Home visits
Home-visit costs may differ because travel, location and appointment requirements are considered individually.
Changes to a plan
If your consultation changes the recommended plan, the price should be reconfirmed before you decide whether to proceed.
Deposits, cancellations and changes
A £35 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
If you cancel your appointment within 7 days of the appointment date, the deposit is non-refundable.
Where a prescriber has already been arranged, a prescription has been processed, or products or goods have been ordered specifically for your treatment, the deposit is non-refundable.
